Superyacht owner Neville Crichton was awarded the 2014 Baccarat SuperYacht World Trophy at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show, with the presentation taking place fittingly on the upper deck of his magnificent new 46-metre Feadship Como.

“Each year the Baccarat SuperYachtWorld award is presented to the person, the yacht or the yard that has most inspired our readers, and in today’s recipient Neville Crichton aboard his wonderful new Feadship Como, we have a very happy combination of all three. It represents that moment when an owner’s vision is matched by the technical skill of the yard, and the creative powers of the yacht’s exterior designer Ed Dubois and interior designers Redman Whiteley Dixon,” said Paul Ashton, editor of SuperYacht World at the award ceremony. Neville Crichton (above, with Nadi Hasandedic) has built many ground-breaking yachts over the years, culminating in his first Feadship Como, one of the stars of the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show.
