In early August the 41-metre Foster + Partners-designed superyacht Ocean Sapphire became a floating gallery for four nights, playing host to a number of works by Andy Warhol and other artists. The event was staged off Forte Village Restaurant in Sardinia by Floating Life Charter & Brokerage in collaboration with Art Events Mazzoleni as part of Forte Village’s Summer Art 2014 festival, where 20 original works of Andy Warhol were featured among the 160 exhibits chosen by art director Mario Mazzoleni. For four nights, a tender ferried up to 16 clients each evening to the anchored yacht. Once aboard, they were able to tour the yacht and admire the art on display. On-board dinners included courses prepared by the Forte Village chefs. Ocean Sapphire charters through Floating Life for €130,000pw.
