Lürssen’s 95-metre superyacht Kismet, which launched in the summer, is currently visiting London, and now residing alongside Canary Wharf’s South Dock. The Espen Øino-designed yacht, built for a repeat Lürssen client, provided a thrilling sight for office workers and apartment residents in the late autumn sun.
From the quayside, it was easy to see how much use had been made of the glasswork as a key counterpoint to the superstructure, with wraparound windows fore and aft on the upper deck. The yacht has eight guest staterooms and a dedicated owner’s deck, with wellness areas below. The interior – by Reymond Langton – includes furniture by Silverlining and some intriguing LED light features.
Built for an experienced owner, Kismet is due to charter this winter in the Caribbean through Moran Yacht & Ship from €1.2 million per week.
