The CGI images of the Sunseeker 131 are the latest to emerge from the British yard.

Four of the superyachts have already been sold, with the first due to be launched in January 2016 from the Poole-based yard.

Sean Robertson, Sales Director at Sunseeker International said: “We’re delighted to unveil these incredible new images of the 131 Yacht and show everyone what a special vessel it is going to be. It’s set to really build on the success of our proven 40 Metre Yacht platform, adding more technical innovation, more advanced features and contemporary layouts that can be tailored in every way to meet the needs of our most discerning customers. The first four of these stunning yachts have already been sold to clients from the US, Turkey, UK and Hong Kong, underlining the strong demand and global appeal we’re seeing for this exciting new evolution in design. Investment in new product is at the heart of our business with this 131 Yacht being one of four new models in the 2015/16 model year.”

The tri-deck yacht has a top speed of 23 knots, and will do 1500 nautical miles at 10 knots. Based on the proven 40-metre platform, the 131 has Sunseeker’s classic deep V hull.

The skylounge and bridge deck cockpit have been lengthened by two metres to create additional deck space, which includes a new bar and seating layout.

The pictures show the addition of feature glass in the master stateroom, salon and upper salon to create a light filled and comfortable environment. Standard configuration is for ten guests in five cabins, but there is scope for layouts to be changed and up to 12 to be accommodated.

Build time for each new 131 is around one year, with capacity in place to have up to five yachts in build simultaneously. The next available delivery slot is for November 2016.
